It can also be used to correct missing hair or skin color. Topical anesthetics are used to numb the area and to make procedure as comforting as possible. We are certified permanent make up artists with several years of experience .We do everything from eyebrows (both solid and hair stroke) to eyeliners, lip liners, beauty marks and in most cases are able to cover up scars. |
